Booking: Appointments can be booked securely and cash-free through our website, by phone, or by email.

Payment: Payment for services is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% service fee.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a $50 fee. Canceling a rescheduled appointment within 48 hours will result in both the cancellation fee and the $50 rescheduling fee.

5. Service Conditions

Access: Customers must provide access to their property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, the full service fee will be charged.

Safety: For the safety of our team, services may be rescheduled in extreme weather conditions or if the temperature exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit and there is no electricity at the property.

6. Liability

Damage or Loss: Polk County Cleaners is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to a customer’s property. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Personal Items: Customers are responsible for securing any valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning service.
